StackArc™, the StackArc logo, and the tagline “AWS detects. StackArc decides what to fix first.” are trademarks of the StackArc organization. All other content on this site is © StackArc unless otherwise noted.
2. Third-party trademarks
The following trademarks belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on this site is purely descriptive — to indicate compatibility, refer to a standard, or describe what StackArc works with.
- “Amazon”, “AWS”, “Amazon Web Services” and related marks are trademarks of Amazon.com, Inc. or its affiliates. StackArc is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Amazon Web Services.
- “SOC 2” is a registered trademark of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA).
- “ISO” and ISO standard designations (ISO 27001, ISO 27017, ISO 27018) are trademarks of the International Organization for Standardization.
- “NIST” and related framework names are associated with the U.S. National Institute of Standards and Technology.
- “CIS” and “CIS Benchmark” are trademarks of the Center for Internet Security.
- “PCI DSS” is a trademark of the PCI Security Standards Council.
- “HIPAA” refers to the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act.
3. Open-source attributions

4. Acceptable use of StackArc marks
You may refer to “StackArc” in editorial, journalistic, or descriptive contexts (e.g., reviewing the service, citing it as a tool you use, comparing it to alternatives). You may not:
- Use the StackArc logo or wordmark in a way that suggests endorsement, sponsorship, or affiliation without prior written consent;
- Incorporate “StackArc” into a product name, company name, or domain;
- Alter, distort, or recolor StackArc marks.
